How I Started:
I have been working out and lifting since I was around 18 but it wasn't until this past year that I have gotten very serious about my diet and brought my training to the next level. The years were starting to change my body and I vowed not to let this happen and to get myself into the best shape of my life. I see fitness models with gorgeous perfect bodies and I am determined to accomplish the same.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and the feeling I get when I push myself to the limit. I also love the added confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stayed motivated just by looking in the mirror seeing my areas of improvement and by looking at the many transformation that people have made in such short periods of time.
Thanks...I feel like sh*t missing a week. It should be interesting to see how I do with lifting today. Good luck to you getting started back up too!

Ah- gotcha! Those can definitely kick butt. I did some P90X with the wife a few times....sore in places I didn't realize where I didn't realize you could get sore :)
Nice! Sore is good! I bombed the tri's so hard last night...my right one is still twitching/ spasm today :) What is bodypump, by the way, a workout program?
Thanks Kai!! 6 days of workout/cardio and a diet plan help me a lot I was surprised when I saw the scale 3 days ago...137 pounds... my husband did ask me to stop loosing weight ha ha, but I still need work my abs.
