Being a skinny soccer player and getting pushed off the ball led me to start weight training with my friend dan, he introduced me to weight training and I am very grateful.
Why I Love It:
I just like feeling strong and healthy. Knowing that your fitter than 90% of people out there, you feel like your sort of the 'elite' or something! haha
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the time I was really lazy and let myself get badly out of shape and people taking the piss out of me. I didnt like it and dont want to ever give them the opportunity to do it again.

Even though I am pretty fit and active I have always struggled to get a really good mid section, mainly because in the past I have not eating properly and consumed way to much junk food. Right now I am really motivated to get rid of this belly fat and I want to be in the best shape of my life for my birthday and the coming summer by the 1st of may 2009. I will be really pleased when I reach this goal as it is something I have wanted to do for a really long time.

I bet you have a friend that seems toeat nothing but KFC, Domino's Pizza and Mc Donalds. Yet, when they take thier shirt off they still have that killer six pack you.ve been spending 2 hours a day in the gym trying to obtain.

My question is, are good ab's genetic or is it possible to achieve...

About the same, started back in High School and have been on/off. Now at college sometimes it is hard to stay consistent depending on class load and timing.
