How I Started:
A back injury as a result of Motorcross lead me to rehab with resistant training. From then on I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a huge amount of energy and provides me with confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
By challenging myself each time I attack a set.I must beat my previous best. Occasionally I like to train with guys like Yates, Branch Warren, Bob Chic,Gunter etc to keep me on my toes.
BB Accomplishments:
Placed second in the FAME Natural world bodybuilding champs (06). Scored the dream job a lifetime with Bodybuilding.com. Bodybuilding can create some amazing journeys if you want it bad enough.

Okay, this is how day 1 looked like.

Multi, Enzymes , Ph balancer, Vit C, Vit e, 5gm Glutamine

7am - breakfast - 12 egg whites and 1+1/2 cup of oats

730 Green Tea caps, L-Carnitine, Yohimbe

745-805 cardio (walking up and down stairs)

930 - 200gm turkey and 1 cup of brown...

Workout Program:
Exercises vary of every workout but I aim for one all out set to failure. I try to fail at around the 8-12 rep range

I complete several warm up sets depending on how heavy I will go and what exercise it is.

When I am dieting I will do 20-25 minutes of Cardio every day

How do you do it? Forgive me for being skeptical, but I find it hard to beleive that the workout program that is in "Find a Plan" with you and Jamie Eason is all that it takes. So really, How do you do it. What works for you?

HI, I'm still trying to get some biceps and calves..on your advise i still do drop sets of curls and calves....i also try to get an extra set in each and improve on weight or reps..thanks, any new help is appreciated.

Hey, I notice you take vitagro, do you notice a big difference in your training because it isn't cheap. I'm not sure why its ideal to take this pre workout as wel, since it spikes your insulin, thanks Kris, love the new (lose fat/build muscle) option on the site!

I am naturally fairly lean (between 7-10% body fat) but around my chest I carry fat. i weigh about 175 lbs. any suggestions
