Not only is a great down to earth guy, the dude makes all the sacrifices to get CRAZY, CRAZY ripped. His physique should've won the 202lb 09 Olympia. He inspires me to replicate his condition
My Marika inspires me because she has such a sweat heart and has the most relaxing voice I have ever heard. She reminds me to breath and just "be" at times when you think things are grey. Oh, and she has the sexiest body.

Hey, I notice you take vitagro, do you notice a big difference in your training because it isn't cheap. I'm not sure why its ideal to take this pre workout as wel, since it spikes your insulin, thanks Kris, love the new (lose fat/build muscle) option on the site!
Hey Kris, I really enjoyed the 12 week transformation videos you did. It really does point you in the right direction and gives some great information.
