A back injury as a result of Motorcross lead me to rehab with resistant training. From then on I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a huge amount of energy and provides me with confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
By challenging myself each time I attack a set.I must beat my previous best. Occasionally I like to train with guys like Yates, Branch Warren, Bob Chic,Gunter etc to keep me on my toes.
BB Accomplishments:
Placed second in the FAME Natural world bodybuilding champs (06). Scored the dream job a lifetime with Bodybuilding.com. Bodybuilding can create some amazing journeys if you want it bad enough.

My Marika inspires me because she has such a sweat heart and has the most relaxing voice I have ever heard. She reminds me to breath and just "be" at times when you think things are grey. Oh, and she has the sexiest body.
Yesterday was my first day back at the office since my accident. Its so good to be back. I was getting pretty bored at home not able to do much but whine at my wife. I couldnt really write as the painkillers, anti inflams and muscle relaxants really hazed my brain. All I felt like doing...

hey kris. love what you been doing on bb.com,great stuff. just have a quick nutrition question. ive heard its important to have a slow digesting carb before your workout. now your suggesting the vitargo a fast digesting carb which i take during and after my workout. should i take it before as well? thanks for the help.
