meins 2- I am usually 5-6 days sore ,on the body parts I was working on, sounds to me like over training, but on the other hand I had the same thing when I started working out and that was the time I made a lot of gainzz so yeah. What do you recommend? Thx 8) May 17, 2013 6:45pm

meins Hello Kris, hope your good. Well I am trying your DTP program(W2) and well I have to say It is the hardest workout I have ever done 8) but I like it. But I am not only here to honor you ;) I have questions: 1 - When I reach failure at such high rep ranges, I nearly have to throw up in the middle of my workout. SEstrada775 Hello Kris, Hope all is well. My name is Saul and want to thank you for your awesome programs. I did your 12 week trainer, then followed it with DTP. I saw good results, but would have gotten better results if my diet was on track. I am currently following the anabolic diet and down 22 lbs. I took a week off the weights but need to start again on Mon. Should I redo the 12 week trainer or Continue with more DTP? Thank you for your time. May 17, 2013 5:25pm

griffinfan05 Hi Kris, My name is Jim Millea and I'm doing your 12 week daily trainer. I'm about half way through and I'm not dropping body fat. I met Flex Lewis at a signing in Shelton, CT last week. He told me to contact you. I've been doing the cardio and eating good. I have about 3500 calories a day (265 g carbs, around 300 g of protein, and under 100 g of fat). I'm 6'2" and weighed 226.2 this morning at 16.6% body fat. Do you have any tips for me? Thanks, Jim May 17, 2013 11:44am

How many grams of protein (chicken, steak, fish), brown rice, broccoli, etc should I have in each meal or a day? Secondly, how many days should the supplement stack last for? Darandle I wanted to come by and say thank you. I resolved last summer that by May of this year I would get a six pack. I looked at work out programs, and I came across your program. I resolved that I was going to follow it, and In the past three months I have lost 43 lbs. For the first time since High School I have been below 200 lbs. guest I'm on week 2 day 2 of 12 week trainer and so far have lost 17bs. Right now I'm 5'9" 247lbs and my goal is 210. I can't find the right kind of supplements to go with my workout and I'm not in a position to eat right and buy one of your supplement packs on the website. The only thing I'm taking right now is a multi-vitamin, protein, and drinking a gallon of water a day. Do you have any suggestions on what would be a less expensive direction so that I can get the best results possible. May 14, 2013 8:58am
