My Workout Program View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Exercises vary of every workout but I aim for one all out set to failure. I try to fail at around the 8-12 rep range

I complete several warm up sets depending on how heavy I will go and what exercise it is.

When I am dieting I will do 20-25 minutes of Cardio every day

To build muscle and maintain it whilst dieting, I follow a nutrition plan specific for my blood type. I have found that this works best for me. If anyone wants info on this diet, speak to Marika Johansson on here on Bodyspace (she looks after me ;)

Monday - Legs
Tues - Back and Biceps
Wed - Off
Thurs - Shoulders and Abs
Fri - Chest and Triceps

I find this memeber inspirational through all the videos they put up to help others like me, to get bigger and get on the right path to gaining muscle mass! I play football and wrestling and track so his workouts really help me! I wish he was my own here now and personal trainer I can only watch him on his vids. But thanks for inspiring me I still need alot of help and tips!

Kris is just an amazing athlete. He is a very hard worker and is the perfect role model. These things among many are why he inspires me!

4 Strategies for Physical Success

Posted in Other  :  Nov 02, 2011 11:50pm

There is no doubt that Welshman are proud patriots. So, you can imagine how I have felt this month after making our way to the semi-finals in the Rugby World Cup and the Gaspari duo of Neil Hill and Flex Lewis obtaining 2nd at the 2011 Olympia and then a 5th place Open Class finish at the Spanish Grand Prix. Even the most elite athletes and teams need that extra push, direction and accountability to further their careers and realize their potential. The winning team-work of Neil Hill and Flex Lewis is well documented and is without exception.

We understand all too well th

8 Ways to Destroy Your Weight Gain Workday

Posted in Other  :  Oct 11, 2011 11:39pm
Kids, relationships, deadlines and traffic are just some of the commodities ready to disrupt a Summer Shape-up plan like a health inspector crashing a cannibal’s kitchen. By implementing (not only reading) my 8 tips below, you can begin controlling your environment, and not get controlled by it.

1. Meeting Meltdown

Have you ever walked into a meeting only to be greeted by the snack packs and tasty treats? I hate to admit it, but even at Bodybuilding.com I have been exposed to these heinous crimes. The counter-attack; BYO baby! Ask my work colleagues, and they will tell yo

Olympian Flex-Appeal

He moves like poetry in motion. There is a calming sense of fulfillment, satisfaction and perfection, yet my heart nervously races at a catastrophic rate. My vocal chords involuntary chant as I sit closer and closer to the end of my seat, gripping tighter and tighter on the one situated in front of me. In-between poses the transition is flawless, gracious and leaving all present breathless. The depth, density, separation and striations connect the dots of a masterpiece pulsating oxygenated and glycogen loaded blood, bringing life to each muscle as if they all poss

crocks91 Hi Kris, Following the 12 week plan and loving it! I have two question. When yo say compare your food portions to the size of your fist, do you mean the whole meal should be around that size? I play rugby, can I use my rugby training sessions as my cardio? Alejandro330 Hey Kris. I want to make you a question. Somebody tell me that if I drink my whey protein in shake with oats and milk I get big muscles faster than if I drink it with water. Its true? Thank you. May 17, 2012 1:00pm

kappinn Hi Kris. I was wondering if it is good to go to the hot tub and/or steam bath after the workouts. because I've been told that this hot water relaxes your muscles allot and might not be a good idea to do so. - May 17, 2012 8:14am

guest Hello Kris. I am very impressed by your work. I have decided to start a 12 week program in a few days. I would be buying the Kris Gethin Advanced Stack. I just want to know that will these supplements last till the end of 12 weeks or do I need to buy some extra supplements. If I need extra supplements then please let me know, which ones. It's very difficult to buy supplements in Saudi Arabia. May 15, 2012 8:06pm

mbaylis I recently was diagnosed with a deep depression. I have been following your Hardcore workout for 5 months. I completed it once and started over again. My Dr. told me that if I hadn't been following such a regular workout regime my depression would have been much worse. Not to get too dark but I truly believe your workouts saved my life in more ways than just my physical health. Thanks Kris, Mike May 15, 2012 4:03pm

50tito50 SUP KRIS! I'm on the end of week 5 of your 12 week trainer. I LOVE IT although my legs HATE me for it lol. The two questions I have is....should I be taking a fat burner/thermogenic? Cause besides the Lean Green and the Yohimbe, I don't. And second, would you advise taking a testosterone booster during your program? May 13, 2012 2:24pm
