I was just bored at first and i wasn't really serious about any sort of goals at that point. I didn't even have a clue of just how out of shape I was at the time. I couldn't get in the gym consistently until I left Korea and got to Louisiana (12 hours a day at work 5 days a week while I was in korea). PT wasn't helping me at all because the program was so jacked up.
Why I Love It:
It's great stress relief and I love the feeling of knowing that ever work out is one small step closer to my goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
My iPod is always loaded and I keep what I want to look like in mind while I'm pumping the iron. I also pay a visit to the Body space main page and see how far a bunch of other Body spacer's have come to get where they are, and their story's keep me focused.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far for Bodybuilding.
Personal accomplishments however is loosing 14 pounds and i plan to loose around 40 by the time I'm done.

Kage63changed Weight from 198.8 lbs. to 197.6 lbs., a 1.2 lb. loss in 3 days
you can clearly see how big I was even then. I was beginning to realize I needed to make changes then but 12 hours days 5 days a week really didn't allow for it. this helped start me on the road to getting in shape later on.
Compared to when I started i'm quite thin, but i don't have the definition i'm wanting yet. I'll keep at it. Hopefully i'll have a decent cam before to long.
I really want to get those 6 pack abs. But more importantly i just want to be healthy. I have never really set foot in a gym before I joined the army and I really wished I had before. I never liked PE in school and tried to avoid it at all costs. I learned my lesson and I want to get that body i want. After doing my homework I have decided to become a body builder.
I know I know, I lost ground big time in several months time. I'm just now really getting back in the swing of things and getting back down, Hopeflly i'll be back down to 180 in 3 months or sooner, I have good reason to keep at it now because I am going to get my Six-pack!!!! I just had to...
