I have no problem gaining muscle with little effort, but losing the top layer fat has been a challenge.
It's been over year since I log on last time. Things happen and I was not able to get to gym as much as I used to.
I need the same motivation back.
Also, I just got a motorcycle and I am still not a good rider. So I drop it sometimes. I need to be able to lift it on my own. I got the technique part, but not still able to do it.
My body gain muscle easier than some people. As far as the looks of my body, my goal is not to look "Buff" but to look lean and tone. I already have good size biceps and calf. My muscle tone on my legs and abs are good too, although my leg do get tied easy. I need to build endurance...
