Have just retired from a professional dancing career and have now stacked on 7kg's in a month..ouch..don't feel comfortable in my own skin anymore..

I don't..motivation is a big problem for me especially since i haven't seen any results as yet so hopefully I can manage to stick with it until I see some..

Goal (Long):
It really comes down to feeling comfortable with myself..and looking good..i am a dancer and an ex gymnast and now i look terrible..i have always wanted to have a six pack and nice legs..damn it i want to be able to walk around in my underpants if i feel like and not have to worry..i am brand new to weight lifting so any advice would be great..all the members on here are so motivational its great..(i struggle a little with motivation) so..ill give it my best shot..i dont really mind what i weigh..as long as i look good and feel comfortable..
aaahhh..ok Christmas is over..well almost it's christmas day..and my motivation has some major problems..can anyone give me any tips on how to stay motivated??..i want so much to have the body that i want but every time i seem to only stay motivated a couple of weeks (sometimes days)..and then...
ur lookin pretty fit already, wont take u long to muscle up at all, nice butt by the way, very tidy indeed.
if ur using full fat milk with ur protien drink u might be slightly lactose intollerant, try low fat or get one that mixes with juice or water!!!

Your curls are gorgeous! To answer your question, I am thin and tend to keep the weight down because I run. I did pretty much give up sugar, that is when I noticed the biggest change in my abs.
