A friend of mine took me to the gym and in around 3 monhs I gained 20 pounds with almost no change in bodyfat.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is essential to me. I don't do it because I love it, I do it because I have to do it. I could not imagine living any other lifestyle.
