How I Started:
Worked out mainly to stay in shape. Kept active in various sports but none required weight training. After two toddlers, it's very difficult for me to stay on a program consistently.
Why I Love It:
Want to stay fit enough to keep up with the kids (and the wife), healthy enough to be around for them and feel good doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tracking progress along the way and reading success stories.

Goal (Long):
I want to gain muscle, lose fat and someday see some sign of abs in this lifetime. I'd like to find a routine that will keep me healthy for the family.
First day getting back into a regular program. My tendancy is either I'm all in or all out. I've been out for a while and now am jumping in with both feet tracking everything on this site.

Hey bud -- how is everything going, lately? Training going well? All is good here. Getting ready for my son's arrival -- we've been painting the nursery & getting the house ready. Training is going very well, just trying to get a handle on the diet, STILL. I hope all is well!
going quite well, i havent trained for a week cos ive been ill, but when i get better i have plenty of motivation and get up and go in me, so it should go well, you definitely get more cut that me dude-my diet is rubbish
