20 years ago, I studied martial arts and occasionally worked out. Now that I'm older and almost 100lbs heavier, I want to transform my body into the best shape I can get it.
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress reliever and I love the feeling that I have accomplished something when I leave the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I have a VERY HOT fiance who is 14 years younger than I am and she pushes me to eat right, stay healthy and live like I'm 21 again.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to work through a rotator cuff injury and still put the pain aside to achieve my goals. I will win the 40+ "Overall" division at the VA. Law Enforcement Games in 2010!

This pic was taken at the Cocoa Beach Pier while on vacation in Florida. I can't believe that I was content with being this fat! I thank God that I now have a whole new outlook on life.
This is a couple of old friends with gray hair and no posing experience or bodies to back it up! Mike and I are great friends and old martial artists from the 80's. He is the guitarist in the video on my page.
Why I like this video: I think Arnold was the greatest Bodybuilder of all time because he was well ahead of his time. I think Ronnie Coleman has another Mr. Olympia left to win and that he will make history when he wins his 9th title. Ronnie has to be the biggest cop to ever wear a uniform. This music is from The Terminator but I can't find it anywhere. Any suggestions?

I have been fighting a torn left Rotator Cuff injury for over a year now and I have worked through the pain to meet my goals. Now, I might have torn my right Rotator Cuff as well. This happened about 2 weeks ago and I really did not notice it until I played softball earlier this week. I know...
Hey Kenneth! fitnesspoynters is the website of stevep78 on here. His plans are great - will definitely work for you if you follow them. He is a super guy so if you want to ask him anything before getting a plan he will answer - I know he has been busy lately but he is good at responding quick. Cellucor makes really great supps whether your goal is muscle building or fat burning - or BOTH simultaneously.
Ditto on the vacation. I'm looking forward to mine in Sept. It's supposed to be sunny and warm for the next few days ... which really helps with the workouts and outdoor walking.
