I want to take this time to say thank you to my Wife Denise!! She has been my main support during my training for the Vancouver Natural. She has made sure that We worked hard every day and that I did my Cardio. She watched my nutrition and kept me on track.
Hey Kevin! How'd the shoulder surgery go? I'm going to Hawaii this weekend so I won't be at the classes for a few Saturdays. I see some of the folks are leaning up nicely!
Hey Kevin i have an issue i had many problem within the last 2month with family and work. trying to keep my diet in check n not get stress out. I am lossing the weight i am 195lb but my skin is just not tighting up it looks that way to me. i did what you asked 40min cardio in the morning eliptical and anther 40min after my workout in the evening. some time ill put in a 1hr in the morning what should i do?
We're laying low for the 4th, how 'bout you. I got a hold of Roxana and got all the details worked out...thanks. Ronda's doing her best. She is busy and a little stressed over things, but she is trying. I will be sending in my entry and $ this weekend. Hope things are coming together for the show...heck, you guys are experts by now.
