You know I am just making excuses for myself! I know that children can eat lean and that I need to as well, I am planning to do an overhaul of my cupboards and start shopping weekly instead of monthly so I have less food in the house and then I will have fresher stuff too. I know what to do I am used to being a fatty pants so I just have to change my habits! Thanks for the reality check Kev!

Hi! Thanks for asking! I have gained 14 lbs. I'm going to try to gain until the first week of June and then I'm going to cut. I think I'm going to be very pleased with the results. How's everything going with you?

No plans for this weekend so far.. Josh and I heard back from the relator on the house(and lot-since we are doing new construction) we wanted.. they said they couldnt accept the offer because we didnt want a close date until feb 2009. We dont want to break our lease, so it has to be Feb at the earliest.. So.. we just have to wait on it if we want that house.. Do you guys have any plans this weekend?

Thanks for the support, I still have six months to go, and I know my trainer wouldn't let me compete unless I was lean enough. She is tough, just how I like a trainer to be. I was in Kelowna for my teammates show last week. Pretty inspiring, her second show and she has won over all both times in figure and fitness. It's great to be part of a winning team. I am glad to see you two are doing great. Thanks again, talk to you soon.

Hey Kevin!! That sounds fantastic!! My weekend was good!! Chel and I did a crossfit on sunday and we both were having issues with the stairs yesterday! lmao! Tonight is day 1 of the workout you gave me!! And i'm getting back on track!!
