orite i was just wonderin if u could give a sample diet plan of what u eat because im gaining well and keeping low body fat but i not really eating great foods and would just like sum help

Doooooood.... i put on 240 for my 4th set of cleans today and got it, i was so extatic... and i also pulled 495 (not repped) on my 3rd of deadlifts, and inclined 205... almost got 2 =(, but great day for me, im so pumped up. Ross
