How I Started:
My dad bought me some dumbells and I didn't really know how to do any other lifts than bicep curls so I ended up getting my biceps bigger than my triceps. So, then I got signed up at a gym with a trainer who helped me to build proportional muscle groups.
Why I Love It:
It's just fun to be able to get bigger and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm just naturally motivated to workout. I don't really ever feel tired or depressed when I know I have to go to the gym unless I'm not feeling well.

First, I do a 30 minute jog on a treadmill to warm up and help my blood to flow sufficiently to my muscles. Then, I do full body lifts through a curcuit format.
