How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
4-6 or 8-12. 4-6 heavy reps at 3 set is where i am now, sometimes after i try to sqeeze out one more rep.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
maybe about a minute or two, someone once told me 5 minutes is good, i don't know what i'm suposed to do.
What bicep workout has worked best for you?
i'm not sure, i have little response growth wise, but i do gain in strength, more than i thought i would to!

To grow you have to have a routine. You need to work each body part 1x per week. Start off 3 days on 1 day off. Up your caloric intake a little (only healthy, clean foods) and push heavier weight. If you're sore the next day then you worked hard enough. That's my plan bro. Pretty simple.
