Well, after mono ran its course and destroyed mmy body over the past three weeks, im finally back to full health and am pumped to get back to lifting.  im also startin to use animal pack multi-v's, so if anyone has any experience, good or bad, with that product let me kno

Hi there! Weather here is COLD!! But its been sunny out so I cant complain to much :) My short term goals are to keep consistent with my workouts, continue to eat clean and train even harder as the days go by! yessir. no drugs or alcohol for me. i see you did a triathlon. what distance? i did three a couple summers ago. it's a great feeling of accomplishment when you finish. i did sprint distance.
