just saw the recent pictures you look great man! im doing well. im dieting as well, but just to get into better shape. i dont have really any plans on competing anytime soon. my goal is just to be in really good shape year round

hey andre! i was thinking about doing the npc pacific usa naturals which is in aug. in Aneheim, but i decided to extend my offseason. one of the reasons was that i had previously lost 100lbs before, and i never had a real offaseaon to grow.
are you going to be at the Jr Cal working the metrx booth? haha
