I have always lifted weights to stay fit, but I got serious about lifting and competing in January when I met my boyfriend Mike. We started training together and decided to try competing.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the changes in my body. It gives me a great sense of accomplishment and overall I think it makes me a healthier, stronger and more diciplined individual. Working out and being healthy also allows me to be an inspiration to my friends and family and it also allows me the ability to help others to reach their fitness goals. I hope that I can inspire at least one other person to make healthy lifesyle changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
My main source of motivation comes from the drive to be my best and Mike. He is the best support system anyone could ask for and that is needed in this sport because it is so time consuming. I also draw motivation from other great athletes.

To stay as lean as possible while gaining lean muscle mass and most importantly stay healthy while feeling great.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to compete as a natural competitor throught the end of the year. I hope to earn my pro card in the NANBF and compete as a pro within that organization. I also hope to do well in the NPC at the Ohio naturals in October. The ultimate goal for me...The Arnold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And always keep a positive attitued no matter what happens!

Terrific photos!! Wow you get lean for comp!! Amazing! How much cardio do you do before comp? I'm trying to zap my fat away and come up with a good cardio plan that works up to intensity. I appreciate your input.
