I was also in a death metal band about 5 years back(Gutrot). I couldn't do construction work, bodybuilding, band practice, and sleep all at the same time so I had to give up one of them.

thanks for the pic rating! The best thing that I can think of to say in a nutshell for natural bodybuilding is simple: Lift Heavy, Eat bodybuilder foods, and NEVER give up! There is nothing you cannot accomplish when you want it bad enough. There is no genetic limit! That's how you have to program your mindset. Best of luck!

go to intensemuscle.com for all your answers. I use DC as a bridge between Max-OT because you and I both know that routine is BRUTAL on the joints, ligs, and tendons. Keep at it bro!

thanks dude! No contests planned...my main focus right now is to bring up my quads, hams, and show some brachialis. I don't want to do a show until I'm 100% confident and feel that I'm ready. Keep training hard brother!!!

Dude that sucks!!! Hope you recover quickly from that man, that's such a bummer :( My training for the past few weeks was a little frustrating, but I've made my corrections. HA, last week on leg day I ripped the ass out of my gym shorts on my first set of BB Squats. Needless to say the rest of the workout kinda sucked! F**k it, that's bodybuilding sometimes :p Best of luck with you brother!

I dunno probably from all the years of deadlifting my lower back just can take a lot. Never hurts at all on SLDL. I hate using a belt on those too, cause it just digs into your ribs.

thanks homie! I just added my strict set video that I did after that main set. I had more in me on the 8 plates, but going past 6 reps is breaking a Max-OT rule...then again I did with that strict set. Oh well, keep hitting it hard man!!!
