Overall Goal: Be the freakiest natural bodybuilder that I can be. Prove to myself and to others that YOU DO NOT NEED DRUGS, PH's, PS's, and any other potentially dangerous non-sense to make great gains. "I always pretend that there's somebody out there who's bet

When I Started:
Feb, 1999
How I Started:
I started getting into an active lifestyle when I was 15 because I was hating the way I looked and felt. I became more serious about bodybuilding my junior year of high school. I have not stopped since.
Why I Love It:
Because of how much disipline, willpower, dedication, and committment, and balls it takes to try and look and feel your best. The accomplishment that I feel after tackling an intense training effort words cannot describe.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's a lifestyle, and I've made incredible progress over the years so that alone keeps me going. No sense in giving up at any point when I'm at this stage of the game.
BB Accomplishments:
Have not touched any drugs, and want to continue to push the envelope as a 100% natural bodybuilder. Also have broken thru several plateaus, and continue to grow. Progress is much slower as a drug-free bodybuilder, but I have all the patience in the world and will NEVER give up! There is no ceiling on the house that I want to build.

4-6 reps or 11-15 Rest-pause. I've made my best gains with the low rep/max-ot training approach follwed by using DC training as a bridge between my max-ot cycles. DC is a breath of fresh air to help ease the joint pain until I use max-ot again 8-10 weeks later.4-6 reps or 11-15 Rest-pause. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2 minutes or so. Because muscles need oxygen to tackle on the next big set.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Skip LaCour. Because he is the king of Natural bodybuilding. He's living proof that you can look like a freak without drugs.
So far this routine has been good to me, with a few exceptions. One, the leg workouts which include the Front Squats and Back Squats. Here is the problem that I have with the way this system is mapped out on leg days:
Calves and hamstrings are hit before your quads...ok I can see...
Max-OT for 8-10 Weeks, then bridge with DC Training for 6-12 weeks, cruise, then go back on Max-OT. I get a break from the real heavy wear and tear on my body during DC, and I get a higher rep range to keep things fresh.
