i done little home training and then joined a gym with a friend for a laugh.. i went into the gym and seen people my age alot bigger than me, ever since ive been trying to become that size and bigger.
Why I Love It:
i love having something to show for what i do, i also love the feeling i get when i go out somewere and people look at me or even come and talk to me about what i do.
How I Stay Motivated:
i never think of quitting because i couldnt do it and even if i could i wouldnt... ive put wayy too much effort into it
Looking at your progress pics and how fast you changed I'm sure adding a bit more mass while recovering will quickly be turned to muscle and a more impressive physique. Best of luck with the recovery. Just be patient. Andre
Sorry to hear about the accident. Can still do light exercises like situps for the abs etc. Go swimming..Water pressure makes it easier on wrist and ankles. No need to flail away just easy strokes. Good for legs, back, lats and shoulders. Just take the time needed to repair the damage and once back you'll be in great shape fast. Andre
You're right, nutrition is THEE most important thing. Get it right, stay motivated with the training, thicken that chest a bit and WATCH the muscle and definition just surprise you. Best of luck Andre
Looking ripped on profile pic. A bit more thickness on upper chest and one impressive physique on the way. Great job so far and keep us updated on progress. Andre
