Started on May 22, 2008 at 228 lbs. I went from 228 lbs. to 193 lbs in 12 weeks of hardcore weight training and diet.

I've been working the Abs pretty hard. Starting to show :)
Started doing cardio 4 times a week for 40 mins a session after weight training.

I've been hitting the abs hard every other day. Diet has been clean. 8 pack coming slowly. 188 lbs now. Nightime webcam pics are a little blurry :(

I've been sticking to my diet religiously. 1.5 grams protein per pound of bodyweight, moderate fat, very low carbs. Caffeine has been very helpful in keeping me thermogenic and my metabolism going in high gear. Much respect for the people that have a six pack that sticks out while relaxed. A lot of hard work to get like that! I'm getting there slowly but surely :)

I've been training as hard as my body will allow me. I'm trying to gain mass and maintain or lower my body fat. A bulk is in the near future to put on some size. 188lbs

My back has thickened up some.My goal was to add some mass to my upper back with 45 degree bent over barbell rows. It seems to be working. Lats are still lagging.(211 lbs.)
