scottkeen Good double-biceps, braddah Jeff. Impressive. Ummm... maybe need some more lats, delts, and serratus work. Delts definitely need bulking to live up to those biceps. Just sayin'. scottkeen hey braddah Jeff. Sounds like you had my kind of lunch. Nice treat. I went scuba diving yesterday morning at the first get-together party, then made a run to the 2nd party. Ate pretty clean the whole day. I cheated with maybe 9 chips and salsa. Ate salad and grilled meats otherwise. Went home and had a couple of protein shakes and called it a day. Didn't make it to the gym, was tired, brah. Aug 23, 2009 11:54am

scottkeen Hey braddah Jeff. Thanks for the comments, that's not even my best shoulder/traps shot. Tonight I was doing a high-rep high-set 15x15 phase of training and worked the heck out of my chest, shoulders, traps, and triceps. My squats are gettin up there too.
