I didnt like what I was seeing in the mirror. After years of abusing alcohol it was time to put the plug in the jug and get my mind, body and soul back in top shape. Failure is not an option!!!
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress and I love the feeling when you have put 100% into a workout at the gym. The "PumP"
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my progress in the mirror and the progress of others. BodySpace members!
Good double-biceps, braddah Jeff. Impressive. Ummm... maybe need some more lats, delts, and serratus work. Delts definitely need bulking to live up to those biceps. Just sayin'. Obliques too, need 'em. Heck, it's all just getting sloppy. No off-days for you. :-P (u know i'm j/k!)
impressive gains man--30 pounds in 7 weeks. damn. you've maintained good defintion along the way. motivating to hear great results. what are you planning on doing for cardio?
hey braddah Jeff. Sounds like you had my kind of lunch. Nice treat. I went scuba diving yesterday morning at the first get-together party, then made a run to the 2nd party. Ate pretty clean the whole day. I cheated with maybe 9 chips and salsa. Ate salad and grilled meats otherwise. Went home and had a couple of protein shakes and called it a day. Didn't make it to the gym, was tired, brah.
Hey Jeff. Thanks for getting me out of the Smith machine and doing free weight squats. It's good to have a buddy at the gym with the same training goals.
Hey braddah Jeff. Thanks for the comments, that's not even my best shoulder/traps shot. Tonight I was doing a high-rep high-set 15x15 phase of training and worked the heck out of my chest, shoulders, traps, and triceps. My squats are gettin up there too. The food illness you had was a minor setback, you'll get all that muscle back and more, you know that! See ya at the gym.
