How I Started:
I took a shirtless pic of myself @ 340lbs and it shocked me into changing. I gave up the partyin, drinkin beer and eating junkfood. Then got weights and eqpt for the porch; now its on like donkey kong
Why I Love It:
I was a lazy, fatboy for over a decade. Once i decided to STAY motivated and dedicated - it only took 10 months of liftin, cardio, and eating clean to totally overhaul my physique.

BB Accomplishments:
I dropped about 80 pounds. Went from a size 52 jean to a 42; From a 4xl shirt down to a 2xl - now I'm in the process of stuffing it with muscles I've been lucky enough to have many people help me along in my transformation; If you need any advice just holler!

I think the groin strain is about 90% healed. This injury has opened my eyes and has forced me to stretch my body right. Once you get one groin injury your always prone to get them again. I plan on creating a program over the weekend that gets me in tip top shape and shredded. I was just working out here and there just to stay "healthy", but I need more. I need it to be competitive in order to keep my interest. You know what I mean?

Brother Knuckles, glad to hear your back in training. My routines have been all over the place. Nothing consistant. Need to lite a fire under my ass and get rolling. Damn, it's hot! Makes it tougher to want to workout during the peak hours. Oh-well, no more excuses. Stay strong.

HI matt. I'm ok, work had been real busy the last 6 weeks, and all i have is my left and right hand. still building stuff. and working on getting some 1/2 and full kegs, then a tire, and waiting on a hardness to pull my suv.

OK buddy.... i see yuo alive, and the bugs have not eaten yuo alive, you will drop the weight when yuo can, train ing for me is so so , i have to up my protein back to 300 grams a day. 278 lbs i still have lots of speeed and cardio buit tapped for strength, WASNT UFC 100 AWESOME ????? peaceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hey knuckles. The PBS documentary that I am in and worked on started airing in Florida last month. It is called "The American Experience": Great Homes from the guilded age. It wont make it upmy way for a few months. If you happen to see it let me know. Hope that I dont look too geeky in it.
