I took a shirtless pic of myself @ 340lbs and it shocked me into changing. I gave up the partyin, drinkin beer and eating junkfood. Then got weights and eqpt for the porch; now its on like donkey kong
Why I Love It:
I was a lazy, fatboy for over a decade. Once i decided to STAY motivated and dedicated - it only took 10 months of liftin, cardio, and eating clean to totally overhaul my physique.

I dropped 80+ pounds of fat. Went from a 4xl down to a 2xl shirt - now in the process of stuffin my shirt with muscles

Im gonna keep dieting and sweatin till i strip off the rest of the damn chub.
Then ill be able to focus all my energy into building muscle. Thats gonna be awesome

Yeah, I figured out how to hurt myself- LOL!! I sustained a shoulder injury 9 months ago- I lost a lot of mass and gain back some fat, but I'm back in the game now. I'm into body weight exercises, iso, DVRs and DSRs now- still healing the shoulder, but I'm workin' it. Thanks, Tink
I'm currently reading this book called 'Brother Odd' and there is one character in the book who is called Brother Knuckles. Everytime I envision this character I picture this monk with a photoshopped head of a bulldog. Hmmm, I wonder why.......
I hear ya on that one. I enjoy my tough days because they make my better days look even sweeter! I just need to learn how to tune things out and just let some things be. You know, just forget the about shit your pool and everything will be all good. LOL.
getting ready to go campin with my family and the in-laws up north in Higgins Lake, MI and then up to Manistique past the Mackinaw Bridge to see the ghost ship tour, glass bottom boat ride and see them beneath your feet. I am kickin up my workout tomorrow to more weight. Running with weight will push anyone.
