I was the step-aerobic queen until I had 2 children. Started weight training after my 2nd child & became hooked!

I was working out all the time but my diet was terrible. I weighed 150 lbs & I was a size 8...nothing wrong with that but what a difference my diet made to my goals!!

What can you say about a man that tell you like it is...doesn't care what anyone thinks about it...but is one of the most dedicated & loving souls out there...PERIIOD! I love having you as my friend #2...can't imagine my Bodyspace community without you! MUAH!!!
Well, I finally had to make my decision & own it. I decided to take the rest of this year to make myself as healthy as possible & not miss one workout. I will continue w/my mass diet & training to sculpt the most rockin' bod possible for 2010. I really wanted to get on stage...
Well ive been feeling a lot better lately-but lost alot while I was sick-kind starting over again-but it will be worth it to get it back-its really difficult to get into the right eating habits again when I was afraid to eat because I was scared it would make me sick-and bread actually made me feel better absorbing the acid I guess- but here I go again-let me know all the details when you get closer to your show-I would love to try and come watch-would be a nice vacation too :)

I'm far from abs!!! But will be there soon!! Arms and cardio tonite!!!! Supersets bis and tris!!!! Extra heavy!!!YEAHHH!!! I fear I've been doing this for so long that I know how to kill muscle too damn good!! After arm workout I can't move my arms in any direction!!! It's either tris or bis or forearm cramping!!!!VERY annoying!!

HEY!!! Strength is almost back 100%, did flat bench press last night 315lb for 10 perfect reps, 80lb dumbells on incline flies...Feeling STRONG!!! And oh so SORE!!
There is something to be said for having a routine. The last month to 6 weeks totally screwed my routine up. Plus I wasnt crazy for the whole low rep deal that I was doing during that time. Now Im back to more of a strength building phase and liking it much more!
