I was the step-aerobic queen until I had 2 children. Started weight training after my 2nd child & became hooked!

I was working out all the time but my diet was terrible. I weighed 150 lbs & I was a size 8...nothing wrong with that but what a difference my diet made to my goals!!
Yes, busy is good:-) The days will just fly by and next thing you know its tanning time the night before:-) I know you can do this! You are a strong strong woman with a goal that she will successfully accomplish! You go girl! Enjoy the carbs tomorrow yummie:-)
It must be difficult being around all that food yikes....what a challenge that must be:-) One more day of parties and then hopefully things will be calmer for you. Don't think about cutting back the water now...we don't need more pressure added today? You be strong and do your best okay? Make sure to post some progess pics soon!
