Ugh!
I probably weigh 186lbs here. A few months after having my baby. At this point I was just getting back into a workout routine. We didn't belong to a gym yet and I was just doing DVDs, mostly Tae-bo in my living room.
I really need to continue to lower my BF and lean out my legs!

This was just taken a few days later. I look less bloated here and much better in clothes than a bikini!

Still doing my excercise DVD's. At this point, I bought a weight bench and started working on lifting at home using Cathe Friederichs DVD's.

Just finished up a 10 week challenge at Buffmother.com and I lost 4.2lbs and over 5 inches overall. I'm getting closer to where I want to be!
