i've gone from a dc to a hvt to a hit to now being back at a fairly high volume training while i'm cutting. i think during a diet i need to have lots of rest for each body part so each one is just once a week. that way i can real heavy so i don't lose too much muscle(hopefully none). So a example would be
day one: delts
day two: back
day three: rest
day four: chest
day five: quads and hams
day six: arms
day seven: rest
i start my weeks on tuesday because i like watching wrestling on mondays so i don't want to train and thursday i like watching the office so i choose not to train that day. plus i need a days rest those times any way.
i'm doing real heavy for myself for each workout. lots of complex exercises. barbell press for delts. deads twice a week for back and hams. incline bench and flat dumbbells for pecs. squats for legs. and barbell curls and close grip press for arms. acourse theirs more variation in my workouts but those are staples. |
