"follow ketosis diet(dave palumbos) for ten to 16 weeks. then evaluate what i look like and decide if i want to do a show in the summer. after which i would start bulking until 16-20 weeks out before that show."

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Dont lift properly. Or its because they are overtrained. I see way too many people doing bench press and db curls every time they workout. Have variety and plenty of rest. Lots of it.
