Overall Goal: follow ketosis diet(dave palumbos) for ten to 16 weeks. then evaluate what i look like and decide if i want to do a show in the summer. after which i would start bulking until 16-20 weeks out before that show.

imagination. I like to close my eyes and i can see myself looking chisled and big or before a set i can see myself pushing the weight. It does me justice imaging myself like that. Great motivation.

a well conditioned celeb. I'm not sure what some dudes look like when they are not filming. But the popular choice of ryan rynolds in blade, brad pitt in fight club or the 300 dudes would be alright. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Dont lift properly. Or its because they are overtrained. I see way too many people doing bench press and db curls every time they workout. Have variety and plenty of rest. Lots of it.
i've gone from a dc to a hvt to a hit to now being back at a fairly high volume training while i'm cutting. i think during a diet i need to have lots of rest for each body part so each one is just once a week. that way i can real heavy so i don't lose too much muscle(hopefully none). So a...
