i started going to the gym in nov 03 just to have fun with friends it wasn't till recent that i noticed my physique was looking alright without really trying to hard so i just started really in october 06.
Why I Love It:
Why dont I?
How I Stay Motivated:
Its been really hard. I've tried workout partners. Only to find them flaking out or just lowering the intensity of my workouts. Recently i've been trying too just imagine what i believe i can look like with good hardwork. And keep that in my mind. It helps to browse bodyspace or flip a magazine as well.

210 POUNDS RIGHT BEFORE I DECIDED TO GET SERIOUS ABOUT PUTTING ON SOME SIZE
At the end of a long gaining phase (with mom in the back)
I always admired how big a wrestler or footballer was or how cut a boxer would be. So hey why can't I. Just looking to live a healthy balanced long life. Look good naked. Never ever evvvvver smoke and try to really limit my drinking.(its not much but even less would be great). I could see my body transforming to a potentially decent natural build. So eventually i would like to compete. Just have to make sure iam ready to commit. I was looking for august but that may be in doubt. But if i can get my body down and keep it to tenish percent body fat while i wait for the right time to come and compete. Then that would be great.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
a well conditioned celeb. I'm not sure what some dudes look like when they are not filming. But the popular choice of ryan rynolds in blade, brad pitt in fight club or the 300 dudes would be alright. Or John Cena because i would love to have his muscle length.a well conditioned celeb. I'm not sure what some dudes look like when they are not filming. No

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Dont lift properly. Or its because they are overtrained. I see way too many people doing bench press and db curls every time they workout. Have variety and plenty of rest. Lots of it.
Best way to describe my workouts: The New HIT. No rest during your workout; lots of rest between your workouts, full-body workout, every bodypart to failure and Negatives.
I've seen and experienced plently of low intense 2 to 5 minute between set marathon workouts, that really don't do much...
