How I Started:
I've always been active and in sports through high school and my first year of college. Now that I'm taking a year off and just working I've gained some weight. Im starting to get my butt in gear and start a new me in 2009!
Why I Love It:
Its time to myself. Gets me away from the crazy world and lets me focus on me and no one else.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pulling those skinny jeans out of my closet and putting them on and if there a little snug, that helps me stay motivated to get my butt back into the gym and work hard to fit back into them.

Goal (Long):
Im starting bootcamp as on January 5th. I know this is the motivation to get me started and living a better healthier life. I want to really transform my body, getting into really great shape and keeping that great body. I gained alot of weight since graduating even with dieting & excercising properly. My 1st goal is to get down to 20% body fat by the end of bootcamp and then 13-10% later on in the process.

Now im getting a little nervous for day one of bootcamp! Don't think my body is ready for it but I know its going to be well worth it!! Two more days, wow cant wait. I really need to get in gear. I worked out today, lol like its really going to help me on monday, doubt it but I did it anyways....
