I started lifting for track. At the beginning I had to be careful how much weight I could put on since I still had to sprint. However, since I quit track I can focus on lifting and have no regulations in my added weight. Got into competitive lifting and now i train for lifting competitions.
Why I Love It:
Its awesome to see your body change and what you can put it through and how it will respond. Throwing around heavy weights is always fun. Not to mention it looks good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm OCD when it come to lifting and recently got into competitive lifting. I cant forget to add that stress is a big motivator.
BB Accomplishments:
Placed in a few lifting competitions. I run a 4.30 in the 40yd dash, 37" vertical, can bench 400lbs...more to come

Lol..riiiight. *smirks* My week was good - I've been extremely focused on my training and diet. I will doing the same over the weekend, so no drinky drinky until my bday. Just training, clean eating and some rest.
