When I Started: Sep, 2004
How I Started: I started lifting for track. At the beginning I had to be careful how much weight I could put on since I still had to sprint. However, since I quit track I can focus on lifting and have no regulations in my added weight.
Why I Love It: Its awesome to see your body change and what you can put it through and how it will respond. Not to mention it looks good.
How I Stay Motivated: I'm OCD when it come to lifting
BB Accomplishments: I run a 4.30 in the 40yd dash, 37 in vertical, can almost bench twice my bodyweight, I'm stronger than most of my schools football team...more to come

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to loud "pump up" music. Sometimes watch arnold or ronnie videos on youtube

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
L-Glutamine mixed with a protein shake. While the blood is still flowing, it gets the suppplements to the needed places faster and more efficiently

Today after i finished my leg workout, i went to do my ab workout and there was some testing being done for other athletes. i decided to partake in the standing long jump (self explanatory). i didnt think id to too well considering my legs were killing me, but to my surprise i jumped...
