I started lifting for track. At the beginning I had to be careful how much weight I could put on since I still had to sprint. However, since I quit track I can focus on lifting and have no regulations in my added weight.
Why I Love It:
Its awesome to see your body change and what you can put it through and how it will respond. Not to mention it looks good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm OCD when it come to lifting
BB Accomplishments:
I run a 4.30 in the 40yd dash, 37 in vertical, can almost bench twice my bodyweight, I'm stronger than most of my schools football team...more to come
