I`m really hoping to work alot on my chest. I would really like a nice toned chest.

I just really want to pack on a bit of muscle and strength around the chest and abdominals mainly. But obvcourse look good all over . To Look good and feel good. I also want to become much more informed on BodyBuilding instead of just working out alot and getting no result because I don`t have a clue.
