NOTE: I HAVE PACED MYSELF FOR OVER 35 YEARS OF TRAINING TO FIND OUT THAT "MODERATE WEIGHT" WITH GOOD ISOLATED PEAK CONTRACTION FORM IS OVER-ALL BETTER THAN OVERTRAINING AND STRAINING WITH "TOO HEAVY WEIGHT" WHICH WILL IN TIME LEAD TO INJURY AND PERHAPS THROW YOU OUT OF THE GYM...THINK ABOUT IT!!!
DIET: A GOOD DIET WAS THE KEY WHICH IS ABOUT 75% OF THE FITNESS PROCESS: EAT PLENTY OF EGGS, CHICKEN BREAST, FISH, WHEY PROTEIN, WILD RICE, COTTAGE CHEESE, MILK, BEEF, NUTS, BEANS, TURKEY, OATMEAL, FRUIT, SPINACH TO BE LIKE "POPEYE"...LOL!!!

I TRAINED MY WHOLE BODY (2SETS 15-20REPS)VERY FAST TUESDAYS AND THURDAYS FOR 2HRS WITH 1/2 HRS OF HEATED SAUNA AND WHIRPOOL TO BURN FAT AND TO SWEAT OUT TISSUE WATER FOR DEFINITION WITH ONLY NUTRITIONAL SUPPLIMENTS!!!
