How I Started:
I met up with my ex girlfriend over winter break 2008. Her new dude she was seeing bought her this ridiculously expensive necklace. I aint got that kinda money, so I said, "I gotta get bigger." Needless to say, its worked.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing better than being in the gym. It really takes total dedication throughout your entire day to benefit from working out. I love the challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am never satisfied. Always something to look forward to the next day. Always a muscle group that needs work strengthening or molding.
Nick is in top physical condition and i strive to be at this point every day of my life. Its guys like you who make all the hours we spend in the gym so worth it. Keep up the good work dude.

Yea I just started it yesterday going to add it 2 times a week into my workouts. I tried it at work yesterday as a change between all the trainers haha and I won. I like how it is competive and you really push yourself
