When I Started:
Jun, 2003
How I Started:
How I got started bodybuilding? Funny, I was on Venice Beach summer of 04. I've seen the old movies and tv shows of the BB working out, but nothing like this it was a unique experince to see it first hand. Then ever since then I've always had a want and need to push my physical limits and transform myself.
Why I Love It:
Why I love BB/working out? It's the transformation that takes place for me. To see your body go from the state that it is currently in and with time and consistenacy a total metamorphus happens.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard staying motivated, but I just think about people older than me looking as if they are still in their early 20's. And thats how I want to be at their age. So I must start now to have that look later.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of right now, I'll have to come back later and fill this question in.

Life is good and for the living. So live everyday to the fullest and be healthy as you can be. I have been running every morning @ 6:30 for about 30 or so minutes. I feel great, never really thought I would be able to get my lazy ass up early in the morning though. I feel rejuvinated...
I choose recently to go with a circuit training regimen. Three day split full body all out circuit. Cardio five days a week, twice and even three times a day.
yea man i ride. got my self a zx6r. all chromed and polished and stretched out. still do the twisties. no stunts or nething. thanks for the props on that tatts. its hard i like the ink look but i gotta stay pale and u cant see my definiton as much. o well lol
A lot of hard work. And a crazy strict diet. Diet is just as important and most people forget that.I mean i did at first. I would work my abs to the point where I felt like i tore them all in half, but still wasn't seeing any abs. Tehn my diet cleaned up and it works so much better.
Hi there! How are ya? I am convinced the secret to anything is frequency and variety. Thats all i have done (particularly frequency). Ive made situps and reverse crunches a regular for me :)
