So I was working at home today and decided to put 300 on before my workout. After the movie was over I was pretty pumped up so I drank a Monster and headed for the gym. I could tell when I was DLing 315 that it was going to be a good day. So I did some more reps with 385 fairly easily. I decided...

Incline d.bell presses 4 sets incl. warm up and 3 sets incline d.bell fly's. And I vary my grip on the barbell allot aswell,narro to wide and from overhand to underhand grip,also works well.Focus really hard on contracting the muscle and stretching it rather then just doing the reps.
