HAVE NOT BEEN ON HERE IN MONTHS. HAVE SLACKED AND GAINED SOME WEIGHT. I AM BACK AND READY TO GET ON TRACK FOR 2009.
Why I Love It:
The energy and satisfaction I get after a good hard workout. Nothing compares when you need a mood lift or stress reliever!
How I Stay Motivated:
Great support from family and friends. It is a hard thing to do alone and at times hard to get the support you need from those closest to you. My friend Jaimelynn keeps me pumped!
Becoming a powerful women requires hard work and a willingness to push yourself. You must set goals in areas of physical, nutriton, and lifestyle patterns. All you need to bring to the weight room is your motivation, dedication, and diligence.
My piece of advice would be to keep thinking of your goal. Put your goal everywhere, write it everywhere, keep reminding yourself, put up pics of what you want to look like! I LOVE candy, and bad food, but I have to constantly remind myself that if I want to reach my goal, I have to give 110% I would also say if you can afford a trainer, get one. A trainer can help motivate you, and keep you focused and accountable! Good luck hun, keep in touch!!!! :)
