i also do Zumba and I jumprope. Sometimes I do my own cardio in a room at the gym when it's free: popsquats, step, run frontwards backwards, jumping jacks, shuffles.

That's cool you do your cardio outdoors! I don't like doing cardio :( but running on treadmill really helps me shed. Aside from that, I use eliptical, bike, rotating stairs, stairmaster, eliptical. I learned rowing is really good burner too but it's a hard technique for me. An actual row competitor taught me the basics. I can't stand a machine more than 10-15 minutes so I move around to complete my session. Have fun!

Good morning to you! I know you were working on getting all those Christmas decorations down..were you successful? I managed to pack away all of mine in one day, which wasn't that easy. I have a little village and each piece has to be wrapped up and stored very carefully. It's time consuming and a lot less fun than putting it up!
