oh yea no doubt it was fun stuff! only downside is that i had to work it instead of being a spectator! but at least i got a couple hours of browsing. columbus is a great city to visit too - the food is so yummy!

Haven't worked out in 3 days. My body is extremely stressed due to life stress. I am really trying to recover fast so I can hit the weights hard. I'm about to start a transformation.

yep I sure did...was there by 830am to get in before the rush...had a good shoulder workout and finished off with cardio and abs...diet wasn't perfect, but it was better than yesterday :)
