Warm up 15 to 20 workout 10 to 15
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Approx 2 mins. It's seems to work for me.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Bursitis in the left elbow. About 9 months to a year to heal

Hahahaa ... I skipped my workout today! Would go now but gym is closed! Who am I kidding? I probably wouldn't go because I'm being lazy! While cooking dinner, I did manage to do some squats for heck of it! That's progress! =)

I've done everything from jumping rope to lunges to squats to push ups to curls to spin to you name it today in the comfort of my own home. Sittin back now watchin tv and then heading to the bath tub.
