How I Started:
i was always little and decided to get big. joined the Navy 148 pound of nothing.
Why I Love It:
i love the pump that it gives me. and the atmosphere at the gym. the gym is a home away from home.
How I Stay Motivated:
i have high self motivation. i do it to stay healthy and i love the way it makes me feel. the more results i get the more motivated i stay. i am in the navy and i have to set the example for the people that work for me. if i am out of the military standards what will they think of me.
BB Accomplishments:
joined the navy in 1999 and weighed 148. i got to my peak of just raw size in 2004 and weighed 240. that year was awesome. seen an ex-girlfriend for the first time in 4 years and her reaction to me was. HOLY S@#T and some other colorful words. this is the year i had a chance to play arena football. the navy put an end to that.

Goal (Long):
I started @ 221 I got down to to 206.(THANX TO MITOTROPIN) I am now 11% BF. Currently 210 and still 11% My new goal is to get back up to 216 and keep the Body Fat the same. Want to bench 405, 20in arms and get my legs bigger. I have the motivation and the drive and I will get there. I want all the seperation and the muscle size. I want to walk into a club or somewhere and just watch everyone turn their heads and say to themselves, "DAMN" he's sexy or "DAMN" that dude is big. It is going to be awesome to get there. I am trying to accomplish this by the middle of June. Not far to go. "GET SOME"
for the first time i tried to dip with 4 45 pound plates hanging from my waist. it was a success. i got 2 sets of 3. now i must push for 5 plates. so we will see. video coming very soon.
