How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was in high school playing sports. After high school I lifted every now and then until recently. Now I have to wait until my elbow is healed before I can start lifting again. No idea when that will be though.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing how my body responds to different exercises, workouts and foods.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family and friends are a great influence to me and keep me motivated.

Well I had my surgery on Friday at noon. I was home by 4:00 (an hour drive) and feeling fine. I didn't have any pain in my elbow over the weekend it was just tender.
