How I Started:
I have been involved every popular sport there is from football to golf to snowboarding. I got started working out when I was 15 years old and I weighed about 95 pounds and could only bench press 75 haha!
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the rush of endorphins it's like a drug for me. I love working me ass off and I'm ALWAYS motivated. I love the respect people give me. I also love the response I get from women due to my physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep my eyes on the meal ticket which for me is the NFL.
BB Accomplishments:
I was 95 pounds at 15....... I was 170 pounds at 17.

I'm going to put on 30 lbs of lean mass in a year. To become the best wide receiver in college football within 2 years.
Goal (Long):
My dream is to play football in the NFL. In order to make my dream reality I need to put on about 30 lbs of lean muscle mass and also become quicker and more agile than I have ever been before. I intend to walk on a college team next season. Ever since I can remember I have have been in love with sports. I have played just about every sport at one point in my life and I have excelled in every single one of them. I am the most competitive person that I know. For the fact that I am so dominant at any sport I play, I have been "hated" on by my peers for the majority of my life. I am not cocky and arrogant I am simply confident in my abilities and know for a fact that I was put on this earth to play professional sports so that is exactly what I'm going to do. I currently weigh 165 lbs at 5'10'', have a 40 time of 4.4 seconds and a vertical of 30 inches. In a year from now i will weigh 195 lbs, have a 40 meter time of 4.2, and a vertical of 35-37 inches. Then I'll be on my way to the pros.

This man is a true warrior! He has fought through so many trials and tribulations and has had to over come a tremendous amount of adversity and he is also a strong man of God. I currently have physical limitations and he inspires me like crazy!

I sometimes take a product called Empact- it's a product of a company called Manatech. It creates for a whole lot more oxygen in the blood... crazy endurance and huge pumps basically.

Ah man...Sorry to hear that. Young guy like yourself should recover fast. Youll be back at it in no time. Training is going good for me. Ill post that video for ya around Feb or so when I up my cardio and start playin ball again.

No thanksgivin in OZ, but had some turkey as respectz for y'all haha! Thank bud - water is now warming up as well and got to get more time to board in. Fixed teh mountain bike and going for a ride tomoz. Did you do much on the weekend?
