Merry Christmas Kyle! Hope you enjoyed of the great food as much as I have. i've actually enjoyed some all week so i've really got to hit it hard in january. thanks for your encouragement over the past few weeks and i'm looking forward to the awesome gains we are going to make in 2008.

Kyle, looks like you've got a good physique already. Your lifting stats are impressive. I'm sure u will have some amazing results in 12 weeks. Just stick to your program and stay on track especially through Christmas. Nice size and proportions. Good luck in your transformation.
