My RA started with me in the summer.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling and self improvement aspects.
How I Stay Motivated:
1. Self improvement 2. Number of hotties in the gym (2 is 1 now)
BB Accomplishments:
Became more hardcore at the end of 2006. I've started working out with better form and exercises. I've lowered my body fat a ton and gained more definition and muscle...but it is not enough.

Hey man.. I love my Animal Stack, and I found some noticeable different already, i've lifted more, i had less recovery time and my arms are finally growing! Check out my journal man... i have my progress back in August. Good luck and all the best!
