my Achiles heel for food that is in the house are salty snacks. I have to watch out once I start because they are so hard to stop. The only diet restrictions I have placed on myself are no eating after 9PM. Your spinach salad sound delicious. Good luck reaching all of your goals.

Read your recent blog, nothing at ALL wrong with fish and veggies. Ask any competitive BB/Fig/Fitness athlete. These are the FUELs to Lean muscle mass...along with adequate carbs of course. *smile*

i think 2 plus hours of treadmill in a day is pretty excessive. Now it might be you need to adjust your diet for just you, everybody is different. But it takes 30 days to really establish a pattern. If the protein solves your hunger issues, it might be helpful to try almost no carbs for a while. And if you are still hungry at the end of the evening, have a protein shake. Anyway this has worked for me.
