I'd like to stay at about 225 - 230 lbs w/ 7-10% bodyfat, Squat 405+, Bench 315+, and Dead 405+ but those are the long term goals. I'm shooting for completing a bulk then cut cycle before reevaluating my goals for 2008.

Thanks a lot, to me the most important thing is beating your last workout as far as reps on that first set. Once you get up there in reps, add another 5 pounds and work your reps up again.
