By the end of the school year I want to be a clean cut 175 lbs.

thats good man u made huuuge progress and yea rest is key into gaining muscle.ive been makin alota gains jus havnt had a chanced 2 get a pic of me n here..lol.no explode is good ushould try it if uwana get more intense in ur workouts.ugatta cycle it tho like 2weeks on it and then 2weeks off it.
i haven't been getting results till just recently i am not sure how much i lift, i have to use rocks and wood for wheights and a bar i have no money for my own or a gym and school reserves the whgith room for athleates
