How I Started:
I was always an athlete in high school and even continued into my late 20's. I had 2 wonderful children and stopped working out. Before I knew it, I was depressed, ashamed of myself and unhappy. Finally, I made the decision to transform my body which would translate to the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
It gives me strength and self-esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my husband and my two beautiful children. I never want my kids to be ashamed of their mom coming to pick them up from school. I want my husband to think I'm hot for many years to come!

KC5280changed Weight from 132 lbs. to 134 lbs., a 2 lb. gain in 59 days
Arms and shoulders have seen some progress, I have the start of a bicep vein - yay! But I'm not as lean as my July pics. Don't know what my bf % is. I weigh 132 here. Hubby will be taking pics from here on out - I can't do it very well..

Goal (Long):
I want to put on 3 - 5 pounds of muscle while continuing to lose body fat. Ideally, I would like to have the body fat down to 10 - 12 % and still weigh 125 - 128 lbs.
The goal of "I want to compete" will be my next goal.
Laura inspires me because of the passion in which she writes. She has been putting out really great information in her blogs that we can all learn something from. She seems to truly want to help people reach their goals. Aside from that, she obviously looks incredible and puts a lot of hard work in. She inspires me to continue pursuing my goals.
That's what I have to keep telling myself. Today I weighed 134 lbs. That is 9 lbs up from my pictures from July.
I know better than to freak out, but I AM freaking out. In January when I began my transformation, I was 137 lbs, so it FEELS like I'm back to square one, even though I'm not....
Hi! A while back you left a comment on my question about why I feel like throwing up when I exercise. I only just saw it. It filed your comment as potential spam. Stupid BB filter. But anyway, no one has yet given me any explanation for the whole throwing up business yet.
Hey! You look great...what a great transformation. I'm 36% BF right now and sometimes I wonder what is the point as it will probably be impossible to ever look good - but seeing your pics gives me hope again! What kind of program did you use for your nutrition and workouts??

From my part, I'm looking for some advice, mainly on supplement-branch, since in Brazil it's rather difficult to find some of them, plus finding them not so expensive, you see. So, it's really a risk buying something abroad that's not going to help that much, right? I just don't want to lose money and time.
