The zma is safe, its just three vitamins... HMB is a calcium .... as for the othere things i would lay off... you should really be focusing on your diet... you can take as much Sh** as you want, but if your diet is not "ok" then nothing will do Sh**.

just make sure he understands your wants and goals, that hes openminded, and most importent, he knows his ****... theres a lot of trainers out there just to make a buck... check them all out be for you pick one. good luck and thanks for the add!!

one week i ll do more weight, the next week same weight, one more rep, the next more weight go back down to normal reps, and i continue on like this
