How I Started: I was heavy after having a baby and became addicted to fitness after the weight loss started.
Why I Love It: I was a trainer at a small gym and saw how transforming people's bodies impacted their lives for the better.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by looking at what I want to be and also by looking at what I don't want to turn into.
BB Accomplishments: I have lost about 50lb after my son was born. I am interested in losing more body fat, but I am just maintaining until I get my tummy tuck in Jan/09.

Main Goal: Other
Goal (Short): I want to see a vein in my bicep :)
Goal (Long): I have gained a little muscle throughout this year, and that is a good thing obviously. But now it is time for me to lean out and prepare for my surgery in Jan. I would like to get my bodyfat down to about 15-17%. I know that is not that low, but I am at 21-22% right now. This will be a nice attainable goal for now.

Behind the neck pull down. Most people over extend their neck. This creates unneeded tension. Another risk is accidently hitting your self in the back of the head with the weight. I don't do these...more
