I want to start now! I have made up my mind, posted the embarassing photos of myself, and ready to acheive a goal that has been put on the bakc burner waaayyy too long.

Goal (Long):
My bf dad is comeing in soon. he has always joked about my weight even when I was pregnant. I would like to show some progress so that I cna rub it in his face! haha
dont worry....stay motivate and let the time work,...dont stop step by step,and voila the result....do it for you and your wonderfull kidz....good luck....Leo
I remember those days, when it was intimidating not knowing how to use the equipment. You should ask the gym to have one of the floor trainers show you how to operate the machines and set up a sample workout for you. BB.com has great instructions with pics as well.

Hi Katie. Good luck with the gym search. It is important to make sure that any gym you join has convenient hours, is clean, has a trainer on staff at all times, and that you feel comfortable around the existing members.
Things are going pretty well. I'm so anxious to see results that sometimes I feel like I its not happening fast enough but I have to remind myself slow and steady wins the race. I'm so sorry to hear about your baby being sick its so hard as a mother to watch your babies get sick. Glad your baby is doing better. And keep it up, little bumps here and there are expected. Just keep pushing forward lol.. or as "dori" says (from finding nemo) "keep on swimming keep on swimming."
Yes, it is hard isn't it? I don't know if you are interested, but check out jphillips17... he is a terrific online trainer. Will do a meal plan and training routine for you...tell him I sent ya! Great one to go to just to ask questions too!
3 workouts a week already - that's awesome!! Yep it's hard with kids - my alarm goes off at 04:40 weekdays so I can get my cardio in. Keep it up Katie - you definitely sound motivated and that is the key to success!!! :)
Thats so great!! I know how hard it can be with little ones to get those workouts in. That seems to be where I have the most trouble too. But keep doing those weights!! Can't wait to see the results!
