How I Started:
Growing up i was always very athletic and very "skinny". I never thought i would ever gain weight. Then when i was around 20 I was living on my own, working my booty off, going out alot (to much), and not eating the most healthiest foods and thats when it all caught up with me and I noticed myself gaining weight. Nonsense! So i decided to "nip it in the butt" and started working out!
Why I Love It:
I love the way i feel when i am done working out. I love being able to look in the mirror and to recognize my accomplishments!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am never 100% satisfied with myself, there are always areas i am looking to improve. I dont think i need motivation to get me to the gym, it is something i enjoy doing.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I would like to say that i lost some fat and gained some muscle.

I would like to diet down and lose alittle bit more fat while gaining alittle bit more muscle. And um, at that point, possibly complete!
Outside of the gym.... buy a house, get married and have a family.

I love doing the stepper that has the revolving steps. Sometimes i do the other stepper, bike or walk. What is your cardio exercise plan?
Lately, since my boyfriend is getting ready for a show we go first thing in the morning during the week and do about 30 min of cardio. Then after work i would do another 30 min after lifting. Ok, so over the past 2 weeks i have been doing my cardio daily but i was only lifting about 2-3 days a week (which i am so not use to). I was still eating my turkey and oatmeal and healthy foods but since my boyfriend, teebonesteakus, has been dieting for months and just got done competing...
